CUSTOM DIGITAL PET PORTRAIT

Instructions
- We specialise in pet portraits for dogs, cats and rabbits. Do check with us if you wish to do a portrait on other pets.
- Kindly fill out the order form below stating your contact details, portrait type(s) and other information.
- We will get back to you on your order and you will be required to send us a few high resolution photos of your pet for our selection to base the pet portrait on.
- After we have confirmed the portrait details (photo + concept), please allow a minimum of 5-7 business days (exclusive of add-ons) for your pet portrait to be completed.
- Upon completion, we will be sending you a preview of the artworks before you proceed to make payment.
- Modes of Payment: Paypal for international buyers / PayNow or PayLah for local buyers within Singapore.
- Once we have received your payment, we will be sending a pet portrait folder containing all the digital artworks to your email.
Add-ons
- Currently, we offer digital wallpaper, physical print and premium bundle add-ons based on your pet portrait.
- All physical add-ons are to be purchased separately here.
- Please allow additional processing time for the add-ons after the completion of your pet portrait.
Terms and Conditions
- All pet portraits will be illustrated digitally using Procreate based on our art style, and any changes to the selected photo(s) will not be allowed once we have commenced on the portrait.
- Completion time for the pet portrait may take longer than 5-7 working days during peak period. Please check with us if you require the pet portrait to be completed by a certain date.
- Do note that all artworks in the pet portrait folder shall not be used for any commercial uses. Please contact us separately for commercial rates.
- Crediting us (@moshimochi.official) in any posting or sharing of the artworks will be greatly appreciated! :)
- We only accept cancellation of order within 24 hours after our confirmation on the portrait details.
